Before Tina became a Realtor, she was Vice-President for a Private Equity and Corporate Acquisitions Firm. Her legal background and knowledge has given her the ability to deliver insight to her clients that many Realtors simply do not have. As a Realtor, she is a proven leader. She has served on the Keller Williams – DFW Board of Directors for 3 continuous years. In 2003, Tina was ranked the #1 Agent for the North Texas/New Mexico region of Keller Williams. Recently, the Fort Worth Business Press ranked her best in client satisfaction.
Tina is a proud resident of Keller. Her passion for real estate is one shared by her entire family. Her husband, John, and son, Anthony, are both members of The Svajda Team. And her daughter, Kristen, is currently attending Texas Christian University and plans to follow in her mother’s footsteps of service by becoming a motivational speaker.

Anthony’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident at an early age. Throughout high school, he successfully owned and operated his own landscaping business. At the age of 16, he began working in on-site sales for one of the Nation’s top new home builders. This experience allows Anthony to have expert knowledge on the real estate market throughout the DFW Metroplex. He also enjoys racing his car in Sports Car Club of America events across the nation. Anthony lives in Keller with his wife Kristen and boxers, Zoe and Wrex. He is an active member of his church and community.

As the team’s Office Manager, Kristen oversees the the day-to-day operations of The Svajda Team. As a licensed agent, she has insight and knowledge of the real estate transaction process that is simply invaluable to The Svajda Team. She is dedicated to researching and implementing new marketing techniques that will help The Svajda Team sell your home. Kristen is a graduate of the Tarrant County College Cornerstone Honor Program and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree from Texas Womens University. She is also an active member of her church, where she is a member of the Worship Praise Team. Kristen and Anthony were married in December 2005 and live in Keller.
